Booking & Payments:

- Final Payments: Due 40-60 days before tour start; full payment for late bookings (within 45-60 days).
- Methods: Bank transfer, M-Pesa, card accepted; prices might adjust for currency/fuel.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Written Request: All cancellations must be in writing.
- Sliding Scale: Penalties increase closer to departure (e.g., 10% for 30+ days, 100% for <7 days).
- No-Shows: Usually result in 100% loss (non-refundable).
Liability & Insurance:
- Operator Insurance: Not legally required but best practice; overseen by the Insurance Regulatory Authority.
- Client Insurance: Strongly advised (medical, cancellation, etc.).
- Force Majeure: Operators reserve rights to alter itineraries due to uncontrollable events (park closures, fuel, etc.) and aren't liable for partner issues.
Itinerary Changes: Operators can alter plans for client safety/convenience but must offer comparable alternatives or refunds
