AL HAMRA 4 Bedrooms - 2nd Row - Beach Access

Al Hamra is a beautiful Morroccan-inspired 4 Bedroom house with a stunning central swimming pool.  Set in an acre of garden approximately 150 meters from the main Turtle Bay Beach and Watamu Marine Park, via a private beach access.

With plenty of comfortable seating areas throughout the house, sunbeds around the pool as well as a couple of star beds set at the end of the pool - it's hard not to relax here.

The first floor houses the living space, dining area and cloakroom and overlooks the fantastic covered plunge pool that overflows into the main pool in the garden below. There is also TV with satellite TV on the first floor.

Flanking the pool area connected to the main house by arched corridors, are two large bedroom suites, each with fitted mosquito nets, air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and a private shaded roof terrace above.  Each of these roof terraces has a couple of lamu beds that can be made up as single beds with mosquito nets and a stand fan.

A third double room with mosquito net, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom is within the main part of the house on the ground floor along with a TV room with satellite TV

Baraka House is a magnificent five bedroom beachfront house with infinity pool, set high on a ridge in amongst indigineous forest, commanding spectacular views out over the Watamu Marine Park. It is a perfect place for a family or two, located in a perfect spot in the much prized South Watamu. Baraka is the place for a family or group of friends.

Four of the bedrooms face the Ocean from where to drink in the views - they are upstairs with a fifth bedroom on the ground floor facing the garden - all are beautifully decorated throughout and designed to catch the ocean breeze, giving a cool feeling to the rooms.  All bedrooms have room safes.

The house has both a large inside dining room, as well as a smaller outside dining area surrounded by comfortable cushioned seating.

A beautiful asset to this house is the open roof terrace, which has a spacious and comfortable shaded 'chill out' area with U shaped seating and a cushioned double sunbed - a perfect place for sundowners and socializing.

Beach House is a stunning 4 Bedroom Beachfront house with 2 bedroom cottage surrounded by palm trees only a few meters from the Watamu Marine Park and the fabulous white sands of Turtle Bay Beach Set over three stories Beach House has plenty of comfortable seating areas, as well as sun-beds flanking the swimming pool. The ground floor is open plan with a main entrance hall with double height ceiling, a dining room to one side and an inside living/TV room on the other.  The neighbouring tower houses the kitchen on the ground floor.  The property has wi-fi.

The first floor in the main house, features two large bedroom suites, each with their own private covered terrace overlooking the view out over the garden towards the ocean.  Each has a spacious bathroom / dressing room including plenty of storage. The ground floor is open plan with a main entrance hall with double height ceiling, a dining room to one side and an inside living/TV room on the other.  The neighbouring tower houses the kitchen on the ground floor.  The property has wi-fi. The tower houses a further two double bedrooms with mosquito nets, overhead fans and ensuite shower rooms.  The tower rooms do not have air-conditioning. At the top of the tower is a partially covered roof terrace with fabulous views - a lovely place to sit and chill out in the heat of the day. In addition to the main house, there is a cottage containing two bedrooms, one twin and one double, with ensuite bathrooms, one with air-conditioning.  A small plunge pool is in the garden in front of the cottage as well as a sunbathing spot.  The beach is just throught the trees, and the house is just over 1km down the beach from the main hotels.

The house is staffed including cook and security and there is an automatic generator backup in the event of a power cut.

*The third floor of the main house is for owners use only and kept locked.  Owners do not visit the house when it is booked.

*No dogs are allowed.

Heather's Garden is a large house, airy, modern, minimalist, cool and light. Watamu is situated four degrees South of the Equator so has an equatorial climate. Whether you wish to sit by pool, on the roof top sofa or participate in the many water based activities along the stunning coast line, Heather's Garden is ideal for your next family holiday. An abundance of magnificent coconut and fruit trees surround the villa, combined with the scent of the numerous frangipani and hibiscus plants can be indulged whilst relaxing in the open jacuzzi overlooking the swimming pool, lush mangroves, private jetty, which all lead to the creek. On the top floor is a partially covered roof top lounge, bar and dining room which seats eight or more at the grand table with a lovely sofa for after-dinner star gazing. 

The property is fully staffed including cook.

Kasuku House is a lovely 4 Bedroom House with 1 bedroom guest house.  The house is located overlooking the mangroves and Mida Creek.  Sunsets on the roof top balcony with drinks and bitings will be a memorable part of your stay!  The house sleeps 10 guests in comfort but can sleep up to 13 if at least three are children in small beds.   The house is not suitable for more than 10 adults. You can access the creek from below the swimming pool, via a very pretty channel in the mangroves that is easily accessible and you can swim or SUP out to the creek (boards available for short or long term rental from Tribe Watersports).  In the past, guests have swum one way and  ‘ floated with tide ‘ the other, either out to the creek or back towards the house depending on the tides - best during the spring tides but please do check before as currents can be strong. Set over three levels the house is spacious with plenty of areas to chill out both inside and out. The pool is flanked by a covered seating area and dining space as well as comfortable sun-beds. The ground floor is beautifully designed and includes an air-conditioned room with a TV that you connect your computer or fire stick to - no satellite TV available.   Also on the ground floor is the kitchen as well as a twin bedroom with fitted mosquito net and ensuite bathroom. The first floor features another comfortable sitting area along with two further spacious bedrooms, one twin and one double - both with unique ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom on the 2nd floor is a large double with fabulous views and a large ensuite bathroom.  This bedroom also has air-conditioning. A lovely covered sitting area on the first floor looks out over the pool area below On the second floor yet another place to hang out is an inside bar that leads out onto a further terrace to sit out and drink in the views.

The house is staffed with a cook, caretaker and gardener and a night askari - there is a generator  in the event of a power cut.  

The house and guesthouse sleep a maximum of 13 guests (where at least 3 are small children using the small extra beds in some of the rooms)

Please note there are no pets allowed on the property.

A spectacular sitting area on the roof terrace affords amazing views out over the mangroves and towards Mida Creek.  The sunsets from this position are magnificent.
