Amani Beach House is a Lamu-Style home located on the unspoiled white sand Mida beach in Watamu, Kenya. With private access to the beach below, Amani, suitable for up to 6 persons, is available as a two-bedroom property with a further bedroom in an outer guest cottage. The property has a large swimming pool and the most unrivaled views over the mouth of Mida Creek and out to sea from the magnificent roof terrace that is available to tenants for quiet relaxation, sundowners or dining under the stars.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: In the main house there is a master double bed on the ground floor, with en-suite shower room, remote control air conditioning, large mosquito nets and a fan within the net.  At the back of the house is a further twin-bed room in a guest cottage (can sleep up to 3 guests by arrangement) with en-suite shower room, remote air-conditioning, mosquito net and fan within the net; there is also a small refrigerator, kettle etc for early risers to make tea. (Kindly note that the upstairs bedrooms are kept for the owners use only and bookings are only taken when the owners are up-country or abroad.

Kitchen: The kitchen includes oven cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge and microwave. Jackson is the resident cook and has been with the owners for many years.

Living Rooms: On the ground floor is an indoor sitting and dining room as well as a large outdoor veranda with a further dining area.  A baraza style sitting area is featured with plenty of fans to keep you cool. 

Roof-terrace: reached up a tower staircase, a huge roof terrace gives commanding views out to sea.  Simply wonderful for sundowners and evening meals, there is also a covered snooze zone perfect for a quiet morning cup of tea or coffee and also excellent during the day for quiet reading or relaxation.

Pool:  Aside the pool is a thatched banda, fans within to keep you cool while having a comfortable snack lunch or relaxing on the sun beds .  David is your pool attendant who will also help Jackson for dinner in the evenings.

Bambakofi House is a beautiful 3 bedroom house set over two floors, in pristine coastal forest in South Watamu, overlooking the Watamu Marine Park.  Newly renovated with stunning 180 degree views out over the Watamu Marine Park and Indian Ocean.  From the pool area, guests can enjoy breathtaking and wonderful views that stretch across the lush, green forest, leading to the beautiful sandy beach and the sparkling ocean beyond.

With its minimalist, brushed concrete interiors, wide airy verandas and panoramic ocean views, Bambakofi exudes modern comfort.  Set within seven acres of indigenous coastal forest, the house lends direct access to the beach, and is filled with ocean breeze and birdsong from dawn to dusk. Projecting into the canopy, Bambakofi offers elegant outdoor dining, a pool overlooking the ocean and a myriad of sandy paths for the guests to explore the forest.

The house comes equipped with a fully furnished and spacious kitchen, providing you with everything you need to create your coastal dish dreams and culinary delights. While there is no dedicated house cook available, rest assured that if you require assistance in the kitchen, we can arrange for someone to help at an additional cost, making your cooking experience even more enjoyable.

The three spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and each features its own ensuite shower room, providing both comfort and convenience for guests. The ground floor room offers a charming fixed twin setup, while the two bedrooms located on the first floor are both comfortable fixed doubles, perfect for couples or friends sharing. Every room is equipped with fresh linen and towels for your enjoyment, along with protective mosquito nets and overhead fans to keep cool. Additionally, for your peace of mind and the safety of your treasured personal belongings, one of the bedrooms includes a small safe.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, two of these inviting bedrooms feature twin beds that can easily be converted into cozy doubles to suit your preferences. The bedroom located at the back of the villa has the added convenience of one extra bed in the room, along with the wonderful bonus of a refreshing outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach or a relaxing dip in the pool.

On the upper floor of the stunning villa, you will find the splendid master bedroom, which is not only remarkably spacious but also elegantly decorated with unique features, exquisite fixtures, and delightful designs that truly enhance its charm and overall aesthetic appeal. The upper floor boasts a magnificent upstairs terrace that can be easily accessed through the inviting and comfortable indoor lounge area, which has the versatility to be converted into a charming fourth bedroom, complete with its own bathroom that is conveniently set apart from the luxurious master suite. This expansive terrace serves as a perfect sunbathing spot and is an ideal place to unwind, relax, and soak in the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Ampoja Beach House is a lovely family beach house spread over 900 square meters, nestled amongst the sand dunes of one of Kenya’s most beautiful secluded beaches, stretching for miles on end, untouched by crowds.  It is the last house on the beach, located on a twenty acre beachfront plot with over 1,000 coconut palm trees alongside other indigenous plans, making for an idyllic setting.

The house is built entirely from locally sourced materials to the family's own design. It is ideal for families and groups of friends, with large amounts of airy indoor and outdoor living space, a swimming pool and 5 double bedrooms all opening out towards the sea.

Inside the house it boasts a large open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area that can accommodate 16 people at the table and a large family snug area. Head upstairs for the astonishing roof terrace set under the traditional makuti roof, stretching the whole length of the house, which provides incredible views out to sea – a fantastic sundowner or morning coffee spot!

Each of the five bedrooms are spacious and open out towards the sea - they all have double beds, ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes.  Each can accommodate an additional bed if required.

The house has a wonderful team of dedicated staff that look after the guests and the home.  They include an excellent chef, Kahindi, who is passionate about the local cuisine and fresh seafood, as well as making excellent puddings.  He can cater for all dietary requirements.

Mwezi House is a bright and airy 4 bedroom oceanfront home with swimming pool set in 3 acres of walled garden in North Watamu, with spectacular views out over the Indian Ocean. This pretty coastal retreat provides an ideal ambiance for those wanting to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Watamu's northern coast, but with easy access to the various restaurants, shops and other activities this popular area has to offer.

Mwezi house offers 180 degree views, direct sea breeze and outstanding staff.

The terrace leads down to the pool which is flanked by a pergola with sun beds.  An arch leads from the garden down to the beach below.

There are four spacious and airy bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms upstairs, both now air-conditioned, and a double and twin with shared bathroom down.  The two upstairs double bedrooms lead out through French doors directly overlooking the ocean, both with dressing rooms.  The downstairs twin opens out onto a private tropical garden courtyard whist the double opens out onto the front veranda and pool.  All bedrooms have mosquito nets and overhead fans.

A comfortable sitting room occupies the ground floor of the house, with the kitchen off to one side and large doors opening out onto a breezy covered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and the ocean beyond.  The terrace offers an outside dining option.

The property is staffed with a housekeeper and groundsman and at night the security is covered by G4S.  There is no house cook but if required a casual can be provided for an additional charge.
